We totally nailed the homeowner's request by creating this addition, providing everything from a kitchen and bathroom to a bedroom and small office space for rent. Home addition
We have designed the most compact and beautiful JADU Project in Fremont, California. The client wanted to add a 226 sq ft addition to their house for rental purposes. Our professional team came up with a solution where we proposed a JADU that includes a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen in a 226 sq ft area.
Our designer had a brilliant idea: incorporating a bathroom into the JADU. We used glass and made the bathroom a private part of the JADU.
